error message when buying credits

I need to purchase additional image generation credits, but I’m getting an error message when I click on the Get Credits button. I’ve tried in multiple browsers but the same error appears.

Hi @Generous_practicef82d,

Are you on an Enterprise plan (at a company or university)? If so, you cannot buy credits as a user. You would need to contact your local Adobe Administrator in your organisation. If you are not sure who that is, start with your IT department.
