While using the RAY3 module, the credit was deducted several times, and then she tried for a long time to generate the requested video, but in the end no video was created, only an error message was displayed, and the system did not credit the credits despite the missing video.

Thank you for your message. 

 

When you say it deducted the credits several times, did you press generate more than once?


Are you sure the credits were not restored? Credits are deducted when you press generate, but if the generation fails with an error, they are supposed to be recredited. That might not happen instantaneously. Are the credits from that generation still not restored?

 

If not, did you happen to take a screen shot of the browser window when it failed?
