Trying any combination is not helping me, the problem has been happening for a bit, I really could use some help as I am getting frustrated. We pay good money to use these tools and we often get these errors. I love adobe but please fix this.

Thank you for sharing this.

According to the minimum browser and system requirements needed to use Adobe Firefly, it is possible that using Brave could be the issue.

Can you please try with another browser from the ones I highlighted below, and tell us if the issue is still happening?

You can also share a screenshot of this behavior, it will help us gather more information.

I should have mentioned its happening on Safari too. Happening every time I. try to use ray 2, which I really need to use for the loop feature.

Anyone know any tricks to make a seamless loop without the ray 2 loop feature?

I was able to reproduce the same error using the same prompt and both keyframes, but I got a generation after I tweaked the prompt and only used the first keyframe (but kept the loop turned on)

Let me know if you were able to get your generation, if not, I’ll be happy to look more into this.
