Error with Adobe Firefly AI Video

I just purchased an Adobe Firefly Addition to my University Creative Cloud Account so I could try and expiriment with the new video features recently released. Every time I've tried to create a video using a provided frame that I've personally made, I get an error that says Please Try Again Later. I would like to know why this situation is happening, and if so, I would like to refund the add-on that I just purchased. Thank you for your help and I look forward to connecting shortly.

Hello @Grace Stuart,

Thank you for your message.

I am not an expert on accounts. I am surprised it let you purchase an Adobe Firefly plan on an enterprise account. Is there any possibility that the Firefly plan was actually purchased on a personal Adobe account and not the enterprise account?

EDU enterprise accounts cannot use Firefly video at this time. I think if your case is an example, even if it lets you purchase the Firefly plan, you still cannot generate.

Thanks,

Hey Droopy,

I'm on a University Enterprise Plan, which wouldn't allow me to use the Firefly Video. I decided to pay $30.00 to try the Adobe Firefly Pro Plan Monthly, in addition to my account. After purchase, when I tried to use the video feature, it stated "You don't have access". Do you know why this is happening since I've paid for it, and if I should attempt to get a refund if I continue to have this problem?

Thank you,

Grace Stuart

Hi Grace Stuart!

Sorry about that. In addition to the expert's questions. Could you also share the prompt that you're using?

Let us know.

Thanks,

KR

Hello @Grace Stuart,

Thank you for your message.

Are you on a university enterprise plan or personal (do you pay yourself)? If you pay for your own plan, which plan do you have?

Can you please let us know what your operating system and browser are along with their version numbers.  Can you successfully generate a video without a keyframe?

Thanks,
