Every time I go to download a generated image I get an error that something went wrong and I cannot download images at all

After I generate an image in any image generation toll provided in your software, it successfully generates the image but I cannot download it.

      This is frustrating for certain.
      This is a known issue. The team is working on it. Sometimes there are updates and other back end work. It will work…

      I have the same problem. I tried my phone and tablet, and it happens on both Android devices. I haven't tried it on a PC.
