Every time I go to download a generated image I get an error that something went wrong and I cannot download images at all

To the Adobe staff:  I refuse to be penalized for the issues with the app by taking away my credits for programming incompetence. You Market your products for mobile platform. To advise all of us to use a PC defeats its purpose and you attempt to mitigate your liability. To me, this is fraud because this has happened to me several times today and I am going to contact my credit card company and dispute the charge.  Furthermore I encourage each and every one of you to do the same; these big companies have known flaws in their programming and expect us to accept it for what it is and pay for it. Well, not this person. Get your act together Adobe, there's plenty of competition available and I can take my business and my money elsewhere, but you're not going to scam me in the meantime. Do better Adobe; don't Market your product for a particular application if you cannot properly support it.

This is frustrating for certain.
This is a known issue. The team is working on it. Sometimes there are updates and other back end work. It will work…

I have the same problem. I tried my phone and tablet, and it happens on both Android devices. I haven't tried it on a PC.
