    Firefly has become pure garbage. Nothing ever works. Just error messages for the last week trying to generate ANY video using ANY engine. Terrible...

    • Any reference images or keyframes you included

    • A screenshot of the you see after generation

    I’m sorry you weren’t able to generate a video in Firefly, that must be frustrating.
     

    We’d love to look into it more. Could you tell us if the error only appears when you use the video generator, or if it shows up in other features too? Also, were you trying a specific model when this happened, or do all models give you the same error?
     

    These details will help us narrow down what’s going on, so feel free to share anything that might be useful.

    it’s doing the exact same thing to me. All day today. It keeps saying that it can’t load the video and to edit or try back later

    Exactly the same for me. Do you have a rush of queries you’re not able to manage ? I don’t see anything wrong on your status page for firefly service. A more accurate message would be great for your customers.
