every time i try to submit a prompt it says "Something went wrong. try again later." Either fix this or refund my money

• What type of content are you trying to generate (images, video, audio, etc.)?

• Does the error appear immediately after submitting a prompt, or does it occur during generation?

• Are you seeing this behavior across multiple prompts, including simple prompts?

• Which browser and operating system are you using?

• Have you tested in an incognito/private browsing window or a different browser?

In the meantime, please try the following:

1. Sign out of Firefly and sign back in.

2. Clear your browser cache and cookies.

3. Try a different supported browser or device.

4. Disable any browser extensions, VPNs, or ad blockers temporarily.
