Only thing that happens on firefly is loosing credits!!

To understand what’s going on, I’d love to get a bit more detail so we can figure this out together. A few things that would really help:

• When you say the videos aren’t showing, do you mean they never generated at all, or they appear but won’t play?

• Did you see any error messages during generation? If so, could you share a screenshot of what you saw?

• Which model(s) were you using for these videos?

• If you check Your Stuff → Generation History, do the missing videos show up there with thumbnails or are they completely absent?

Sometimes the credits drop because the generation technically “started,” even if the final output didn’t load correctly, but we need to see what your history shows to confirm that.
 

Once we have a bit more info, we can narrow down whether this is a display issue, a generation failure, or something else entirely. And don’t worry, we’ll help you understand what happened.
