Everything is very slow. I have to refresh many times to use video or image

• Does the issue occur with all Firefly features (Image Generate, Video Generate, Generative Fill, etc.) or only specific ones?
• Are both devices connected to the same network when the issue occurs?
• Have you tried using a different network (for example, a mobile hotspot)?
• When did you first start noticing this behavior?
• Do you see any error messages, or does Firefly simply take a long time to load and respond?
• Does the issue happen consistently or only at certain times of the day?
• Could you share a screen recording showing the slow performance?
