Exclude feature not working

Dear Team, 

 

I tried generating an image wherein I requested to exclude human, people, animals, birds while generating the image. However, Firefly is generating images which includes human along with their face clearly visible. This is I lost 9 generative AI credits. Request you to look into this.

    Or take the original match image into generative fill and remove the person from it. Save that and use the new version without the person as the match image.

      I think the image used for the match is what is confusing. Do you have a similar image that doesn't have a person in it? I'm also sharing this with the team.
