To help us investigate, could you let us know:

• What happens when you try to pay? Do you see any error message or does the process simply fail?

• Are you attempting the purchase through the Firefly web app or another Adobe page?

• Which browser and device are you using?

• Have you tried using a different browser, an incognito/private window, or a different payment method?

In the meantime, please try:

1. Signing out of your Adobe account and signing back in.

2. Clearing your browser cache and cookies.

3. Disabling any browser extensions (especially ad blockers or privacy tools).
