Failed video generation charged credits without output
Hi Adobe Team,
I am writing to report an issue regarding the video generation tool. I attempted to generate a video, which consumed my credits, but the process ended in an error.
Unfortunately, the video was never created, but the credits were deducted from my account balance. Could you please investigate this technical failure and assist me in restoring the lost credits?

Issue: Error message during processing / No output received
Result: Credits deducted but no file generated
