Fast Mode won't stay off.

I have repeatedly disabled Fast Mode before generating images and it turns back on before the generated images finish. All generated images are Fast Mode images of smaller resolution I then have to use credits to upscale.

Can you please do a screen recording of this behaviour?  Also, please tell us the OS and browser versions you are using.
