Hallo

Wenn ich ein Bild verwende, das ich zuvor direkt in Adobe Firefly generiert habe, und dieses als Referenz Startbild für die Video Generierung hochladen möchte, bricht der Vorgang mit folgender Fehlermeldung ab:

Anderes Bild hochladen
Dieses Bild hat Content Credentials, die darauf hinweisen, dass es nicht mit generativen KI-Funktionen verwendet werden kann.“

Da das Bild vollständig von Adobe Firefly selbst erstellt wurde, sollte das System die eigenen Content Credentials nicht blockieren.

      We want to assist you and help resolve the challenges you are encountering. When things are not working as expected it is frustrating.
      Could you provide more information to proceed. Without the requested information it is difficult to assist you resolve the issue.

      This is completely and justifiably frustrating. I have encountered this as well. I noticed that images that are busy or dark tend to get tagged or unaccepted. 


      Steps to take
      This behaviour has been caused by interference from browser extensions in the past (such as ad blockers). Can you try in private browsing/incognito mode or in another browser as a test?

      Could you create a full screen video of your workflow showing us what is happening? This would help considerably.
