fire fly não está gerando imagens

Bom dia, sou José fontes neto e sou assinante da Creative.  Tenho 74 anos , tenho muita admiração pela adobe  e gostaria de contar com vcs neste momento.  Hoje não consegui acessar o fire fly que tenho direito, porque será ? ontem aconteceu a mesma coisa e depois de um acesso remoto resolvemos hoje já começou novamente o mesmo problema. Por favor , preciso  que funcione rapidamente

Unfortunately, you have to use the web interface of this community forum to post images. Images sent in reply email are stripped off. It is very irritating that it does that.

Thank you for your message. 

Can you please tell us what you were doing when it said you did not have access? What was the error message? If you can get a screen shot of the whole browser window with the error, that will help us understand the problem better.
