Hello - it keeps showing that I don't have access to firefly.  have my rights been revoked?

Are you and enterprise user or consumer? If you are an enterprise customer, you need to contact your IT department or whichever group that manages Adobe products in your enterprise. They have the ability to enable/disable enterprise users from being able to use Firefly.

 

If you are a consumer, you will need to contact Adobe Customer Care directly. Try the link to auto-open the Chat:

Type "agent"
