Firefly and this report bug screen doesn't work!

I have tried to tell you, I get an error submitting this form. tried to attach a screenshot, it doesn’t work. nothing works

Have you tried taking a screen shot and save to file and then use the image insertion button:

It should then open a dialogue box and you can include the screen shot image.
