Firefly background remover crops image

Hi,

I've been testing the product with a batch of approximately 80 photos and encountered an issue.

It appears that several of the photos are being processed incorrectly, as they are "half cut" or appearing cropped. I attached original and after background removed. 

Could you please look into this?
