Firefly blocking original reference image

Hello,
I am trying to generate a video in Adobe Firefly, but my reference image is being rejected for not complying with the guidelines.

The reference image is an original illustration created by me, showing a smiling child character using a wheelchair, presented in a respectful and appropriate way, with no copyright concerns.

This seems to be a false positive from automated moderation.
Has anyone encountered this issue or knows how to request a review?
