Firefly boards not working

Firefly Boards won't open for me. Whether creating a new board or trying to open one I already created, it gets stuck on the load screen and won't move forward. This has been happening to me for about a month. This happens when trying to load https://firefly.adobe.com/boards/new?locale=en-US

The other thing that I like to do: turn my computer off and on. Simple yet it sometimes works.

Thank you for your message. 

What OS and browser are you using?  Try doing a force reload of this page by pressing <SHIFT> while clicking the reload button. If that does not work, can you try another browser as a test and see if it works?
