Firefly - Bug or paranoia?

Firefly online video (beta)
Windows 10
I signed-up to test it, and to create some transitions for my video work.
I try to create a smooth transition for a creative video. it starts with woman's face, i ask then to zoom in on her eye and go through eye to reveal next clip.

Simple enough, yes?
However, it tells me it can't render because the photo - first frame reference image - "does not meet community guideline standards".
And yet, it is a close up of a woman's face. Is it anti-DEI? Because woman is of black origin? or exactly what? Or it is a bug?
I can't change image, video is already filed, models paid.
See the photo of first frame attached.  no nudity, no violence, no nothing. a face.

I can't figure out, but i am on the way out cancelling my account - does not seem friendly to creators. not the first time it rejects a perfectly innocent image.

thank you for letting me know. that is unfortunate and absurd. This woman is over 30 years old. I guess many of us are a child at heart...
so i will cancel my account until it is in beta mode, and later will see how much it improved when it is as regular version, i guess.
Will try my luck with sora.
Thanks again.

Hello @dag_2952,

Thank you for your message.

The model will not generate with a keyframe that has an image that it believes is a child. That is a restriction of the beta. I verified this was the issue by taking your image, adding wrinkles to the face and adding grey to the hair. When the woman's apparent age was increased, it generated.

Thanks,
