Hi @Mger5C6A,

In this case, it appears the words "dirty" and "drool" are causing the error. I am not sure if these are intentionally blocked or an error. I did try "in this video the sofa should be messy, add wet spots and dog prints on the sofa" with your keyframe (I copied from your screenshot; it was poor quality since it was so small in the screenshot so the final product was not great). This prompt did work.

My best,

My plan is Firefly Standard. I use Macos with Google chrome, so I generate one video then I must wait more then 10 minutes for other stuff.

Hello @Mger5C6A,

Thank you for your message.

I have a few questions to help track down this problem.

  • Which plan did you subscribe to? (See plans listed here.)
  • Can you generate Firefly video without a keyframe?
  • Please tell us what OS and browser you are using along with their version numbers.

Thanks,
