Firefly can’t understand what you ask of it. When I ask it to "remove all white" or "remove white space" it changes the white to a checkered pattern similar to how Photoshop shows clear space, but the background is a real checkered pattern.

​@Chuck Ladd Firefly image models do not support true transparency. Try using Google Gemini if you are trying to remove white backgrounds, etc. to transparent results.
