Firefly can't upload my reference images because they 'don't meet our user guidelines' (???). I've read the guidelines and still don't understand why. In fact, a couple of months ago I was able to use them...

I can’t use a photograph that I took of myself, a middle aged woman as a reference. We all pay through the teeth for your broken af apps. I will not touch firefly with a 50 foot pole until you fix it. Worst customer experience across ALL generative AI platforms.

    Hey @thestrangemma

    Thank you for your message.

We need additional information to understand what is happening. Can you please reply with the following information:

    • A screen shot of the whole browser (including your avatar in the upper right corner) with the error or problem showing or when the problem is happening (not just the error message itself).

    • A copy of the keyframe(s), reference images or video you were using (if any), or image you were using in generative fill.

An example of the prompt that you are using as well would help.

Could you provide a screenshot of an example of your image that is being rejected?

Regarding the customer experience, I am a volunteer as many of us are; we are do what we can to help. Besides saying something doesn’t work… we appreciate you giving us as much info from the start. This just saves everyone time.

    Cheers

    Nate

Video generated in Veo 3.1 completely ignoring the reference image... 400 credits removed after several days of video generation not working in Veo 3.1. Shameful.

    Hey @Arte5FE6

We can’t really help you if you don’t share your prompt and ref image?

If you want to keep the reference image use:
(Keep original image..) at the beginning of your prompt.

    Thank you Oh.N8.

Finally I did one with other image but the reult still is… well, eyes in movement still need more. Maybe the first imagen I tried was very dificult cause the complex enviroment.

In any casem I will keep your advise “(Keep original image..)” cause I wrote similar idea but not so clean.

    It happened again :(

I need to know if I’d be able to work with my AI-generated images. If not, I’ll have to work with other platforms. Anyone? Please?

    Common problems

    • Trademarked / Copyright
    • Political figures / Celebrities
    • if it has children or child like images (an absolute no/ firefly will not generate anything that even resembles a child/ even childlike)

    or

    • - the prompt has words associated with children example: boy, girl, kid, kids, child, children and so on...
Many Generation Models will not generate anything to do with children.
    • Nudity

    Cheers
