Firefly.com not working

Hello,

 

I have since several days a bug on Firefly: it displays a large black square instead of the actual website.

I tried:

- shift + F5

- Using Firefox instead of Edge

- Deleting the cookies manually

- Disconnect/reconnect

 

I see this error in dev tools : https://p13n.adobe.io/fg/api/v3/feature?clientId=clio-playground-web&meta=true&clioPreferredLocale=fr_FR net::ERR_NETWORK_ACCESS_DENIED

(or rather hundreds of similar errors)

 

I am in France, in case it has any impact. And by the way, I cannot even cancel my subscription, as the management of subscriptions fails too.

Indeed, it was linked to the firewall, restoring its default parameters solved the issue. Thank you for your help.

Are you using Windows or Mac?  If windows, can you check your firewall and reset it to the defaults. If Mac, try a force reload by pressing <SHIFT> along with the reload button.  Please let us know if that works or not.
