Firefly crashes when I try to scroll through thousands of generated images to get to older ones I didnt save, I need a bulk download for all my data from the cloud

Thanks for the reply, I've managed to scroll through the mobile app version fairly far back but it eventually crashed.

Ive heard of this before where you select one video then select one further down but if I scroll to the images I want the app or program crashes.
