Firefly does not allow me to use my illustrations

I am having problems creating videos with Firefly. I am trying to make videos starting from illustrations that I created in Photoshop, and it is not allowing me to use them. They have no resolution issues and do not infringe any law. How can this be resolved?

Hello @Gabriel Alomar,

Thank you for your message. 

Are you using both images? The second image is likely the issue as the model will not generate a video from a keyframe it believes contains a child or children. That is a limitation of the model.
