Firefly doesn't follow at all the structure reference.

I keep watching all these videos and do exactly step by step the same and never get Firefly to do the structure i asked about. many of my colleagues tried as well. What seems to be the problem?

I am having the same problem. Every image I try to upload as a structure wants me to place it into the photos.

Hello @adonis2996608497dx ,

Can you please show a larger screen shot that includes the structure reference image?  Did you try filling in the transparent area with a contrasting colour?  Not sure if that was one of the steps you tried.

It is still not working 😞

The structure reference image is still separate from the style reference image.. I tried uploading a transparent png24, an opaque jpg, I tried reversing the changing the text color.. all did not work. Where did it go wrong?

Hi @Fredica37658250bgni,

If that "a" is a transparent image, try making it not be transparent. If it is not a transparent image, try inverting the colours.

Hi @Fredica37658250bgni ,

Thanks for your message. I am sorry you are having problems with generative fill.  Can you please share the URL to one of the failed images or a screen shot? That will better help us see what might be the problem.

Thanks,
