Firefly doesn't work at all

Self-explanatory. Does not work. Tried two different browsers. Simply does not generate a video.

We need additional information to understand what is happening. Can you please reply with the following information:

A screen shot of the whole browser (including your avatar in the upper right corner) with the error or problem showing or when the problem is happening (not just the error message itself).
A copy of the keyframe(s), reference images or video you were using (if any), or image you were using in generative fill.

Could you provide an example of your prompt(s)?

What had happened is... I was trying to do a free trial but it I had missed something and it wasn't activated. As a result, because I had no credits, I couldn't generate a video. The problem is there was no visible error message to indicate that. The "Generate" button just simply did nothing. I was on PC using both Brave and Edge. I have since figured that out, of course, but I thought that you should know so as to investigate the bug further.

Brave often silently disables certain scripts which can break a website, so, since I am well aware of this, I tried in Edge as well. Both Brave and Edge are default installs with no extensions or anything. In both cases, the Generate button would appear to register the click but nothing would happen. No visible error message. I don't think I changed any of the options on the left side of the screen at all. They were all set to the default. I know that at least some of the error messages work, however, as before trying to click Generate I used the "Enhance prompt" feature and the first time there were words it did not like, so I did get an error there. Otherwise, after cleaning up the prompt the Enhance feature worked and fleshed out the prompt with greater detail. After that was when I encountered the issue of the Generate button not working.

Both browsers were up to date.
