Firefly failure!

"An unexpected error occurred and we failed to generate an image! Please try again".

I repetadly get  the same prompt using the test drive Firefly Adobe images (Lion) as my own!!

Apple MBP M1Max,32g mem, running Sonoma 14.5

Same results trying Expand,Insert, or Remove tools!!!

What am I doing wrong?

Thanks for your message. I am sorry you are having this problem.

 

We have had a few reports of this recently from people using the Windows OS and it was traced to the firewall. This is the first one I am seeing in the community for a Mac. 

 

I did not completely understand this sentence:
