Firefly 'first frame' content filter far too aggressive

Ive tried firefly image to video with family photos and also architectural 3d renders that i have created and both times the image im using as the first frame flags the content filter. Its far far far too aggressive. A picture of a man shouldnt hit the filter and neither should a picture of a building.

Has anyone got any ideas why this is happening? What part of the user guidelines could this possibly be in violation of?

Hello @Jack38179940yy68,

Thank you for your message. I am sorry you are having this problem.

Can you please show us the photos?  As is discussed on this thread, Not sure why my images "violate guidelines" (image depicts children), images with children cannot be used as reference images in image to video at this time. So, if your images have children, that is why the video will not generate.

Thanks,
