Firefly Generate Video Problem

Hello,

I recently started using Firefly, and although I suspect this might be an error on my part, I still needed to report it. Here’s the issue: whenever I try to create a video, a message appears stating that I have accepted the Terms of Use. When I click on the blue “Terms of Use” text, I receive a “page cannot be found” warning. Even when I click “I accept,” my video does not upload. As I understand it, there is some form of protection regarding the copyright of the images used. To overcome this problem, I created my latest images with Firefly, yet I still encounter the same error. Could you please resolve this issue? Thank you in advance.

Best regards.

That first picture is likely rejected because the model will not generate images containing children. That is a restriction of the beta. If I edit the image to replace the person in the foreground with an elderly woman, using that image as a keyframe works.

The problem is with the first image you loaded. Are you using that specific first image? It is very low resolution. Do you have that image in higher resolution? I am not sure if it is being processed because of the resolution. If you have a higher resolution version, I am happy to test that.

Ok, can you please upload the keyframes you are using so I can test with them?

Thanks,

 Here it is.
When I add only first frame (when I dont add the last frame) it is working. When I add both first and the last frames, it doesnt work. and gives the error.

Hello @ece_saka,

Thank you for your message.

Can you please include some screen shots of the whole browser window (including you avatar in the upper right corner) that show this problem?

Thanks,
