Firefly Generate Video web interface is not working!

When I access the Firefly Generate Video interface (https://firefly.adobe.com/generate/video), none of the buttons work or click. I can't select an image, click on my avatar, or return to the main page. And this problem only occurs with my account! When I log in with another account, I can use all these functions.
