Firefly generating video since 5 hours and my credits have been used and no video showing in my generation history. Please get me my credit back... im currently left with 0.
Hey i used kling 3.0 on 03 July for generating a 10s video that used 250 credits of mine… but its been 5 hours and its still generating, i am not closing it as this will have be loose both credits and the video. I do not have enough credits to generate it again… please restore my credits back so that i can generate my video. I have checked my generation history the generated video isnt there.
