Firefly Generation page is not loading

Firefly image genearation page is not loading, the entire things keeps buffering. Even if it loads, its unable to generate image, it again starts to buffer. It’s been happening for the last 24 hours. Feels like waste of money at this point.

    Which models does this happen on? 
    Have you tried to log out and back in?
