Firefly images "..violate our User Guidelines.." when inpainting furniture

Firefly has recently started constantly bugging out with the message "One or more images were removed because they violate our User Guidelines" while I'm just fixing up dirty patches on furniture and other house photos.

See example of where I try removing just a couple of spots on some curtains. It makes zero sense that the photos could be against guidelines.

Any ideas would be very welcome!
