Firefly in edit mode is not working

I have an image in edit mode in Firefly. Paid full price of 60 credits and my edit is not being done. Just thinking….thinking. I simply asked for a white background and after 4 minutes, I still do not have a response. This is costing me credits….

    You could also use the “remove background” function and then place the image on a white background:

    There are many options for changing the background in the Firefly:
    Adobe Express is one
    Under Discover: Background Generator.You need to change the prompt completely to fit your background.


    Firefly Boards is another option that I found worked better.
    I used Gemini 3 for the best results. 20 Credits
    Upload your scene and your original image. Put in your prompt.

    Keep the original image of the character, use the style reference for the background replace the background into the purple wavy graphic from style reference
