Keeps showing thi smessage for over 2 days "Firefly is at maximum capacity. Firefly is currently unavailable".
What's the point of paying for Premium membership then?

It does this with very simple prompts well under 100 characters. (

What are you doing when you get this error?  Please include a screen shot of the whole browser window including your avatar in the upper right corner, not just the monkey.  What OS and browser are you using?
