Firefly is not following basic instructions on editing. It is also adding characters on it's own. So far it's not worth the money with so much frustration. I paid for this service and it does not work.

This does occasionally happen and it is frustrating for certain.

Could you please reply with the following information:
An example of the prompt/ image that you are using as well would help.

A few workarounds i find that help keep the same image consistent.
>>1st use Photoshop or illustrator<<. By far the best option for image quality and consistency.

Do you have all the character images saved?

Using the models to assist you
Save/ download your base image.
consider using Gemini 3.1 (pitfall the image gradually deteriorates each generation)

Firefly boards is another option.

If there are artifacts or unwanted bits… you can use remove object
 

Honestly Photoshop and Illustrator are going to be the best method.
