Firefly is not working

I hope you can help me. I can't get Generate to work within Photoshop/Illustrator. The loading starts, but then the variants are all black in the layers section. The same happens with Firefly; it starts loading, but after finishing, it doesn't return the images. I have checked that I have a good internet connection and updated all applications to the latest version. I leave here un example
Can you help me? Thank you very much in advance.

Thank you for your message. I am sorry you are having this problem. 

 

Your image is from the Firefly web site but you also reference Photoshop/Illustrator. If you are on Windows, the next thing to check is the Windows firewall, which might be blocking traffic to Adobe. Try reseting it to the default and see if that works.  If not, please tell us the OS you are using and version.
