Firefly is not working. It did not use any of the reference images I provided.

Firefly completely ignored all six images that I uploaded and went off on a tangent instead. it was a complete waste of credits.

Could you provide an example of your prompt and ref image?

When uploading reference images, I find using this at the beginning of my prompt to help.
Prompt suggestion 1

Keep reference image… (add the rest of your prompt)
or
Prompt suggestion 2

Use reference image… (add the rest of your prompt)

Also delete the images that are not working. You may have a bad seed.

Hi i cannot upload any image either reference or others. Adobe is big company and we are getting the bugs like i developed it through AI. please help

There is a bug and they are working on getting it fixed @rizwanalihaider. I have no ETA.
