Firefly is rarely succesful for me where can i go to complain. I have lost so many credits on unusable creations

What are you attempting to do? 
Could you provide examples of your prompt and reference images if you were using a reference image?
Could you create a full screen video of your workflow showing us what is happening? This would help considerably.
