Firefly is refreshing my projects without my request and charging me a credit each time

Dear Adobe, Sometimes upon revisiting a project a few days later and without having made any changes to the project it will refresh and charge me one credit without my having requested a refresh. We get 33 credits or so a day and each project requires at least a a half a dozen re-dos, or more,  to complete into final art. In such a situation every credit counts. I hope you consifer this matter as one that needs to be addressed and fixed. - Thank you

I'm using FF v2 and Mac OS 12.7.3

I just noticed that an image that I had chosen to "Show Similar" to didn't load the next time I logged in and revisited that project. Maybe the failure to refresh and the extra charge of a credit is related to that. Just a thought.

BTW, I also noticed that when I clicked "Retry" on one the project images with the problem - while I was logged out - it brought the missing image back momentarily, until I moved on to another project. If I clicked the same image when logged in it refreshed and re-rendered a new version of the image which was different in layout. Hope this helps. If there's anything I can do to help troubleshoot this please let me know.

I didn't use regenerative fill on those projects. I also noticed that sometimes one or two out of a set of 10 projects or so,  using the exact same settings, wouldnt load. I can't figure out any patterns to this. Thanks for forwarding it to the the team.

Are you using Generative Fill? You're one of many to report this. I will consolidate all posts here and share them with the team. Thank you.
