Hi adobe team,

 

 It seems that the capacity are at max now, I am disapointed because I wanted to do some testing tonight and I cannot ;(

 

Hopefully I will be able to continue testing soon,

Hi @Saados,

 

Apologies for asking so many questions. That error appears to show for multiple reasons, so trying to narrow down which reason is causing it for you.

 

You said you subscribed to a plan—which specific plan did you subscribe to?

 

Also, is it possible that your keyframes are not exactly 16:9 aspect ratio?

Hi @Severine Watry and @Saados,

 

Can you please tell us what OS and browser you are using along with their version numbers. @Saados, if you could please show a screen shot of the whole browser window and not just the dog, that would be helpful.

Hi @droopydog500 , thank you so much for your concern.  My appoligize for the delay of my response, I am not able to provide you the screenshot as I didn't take it when I had my issue. But it is working again for me. I will take a screenshot next time if I encounter the same error.
