Firefly keep creating clocks with 4 hands (Two Hours hands). I keep burning through points trying to get the extra hour hand removed, but it never gets removed!

I am creating an animated video that contains an analog clock.  But the clocks keep getting created with 4 hands, not 3.  When I use AI to edit the clock requesting the extra hour hand to be removed, the video gets re-created, I get charged the animation points but the clock remains the same!
