Firefly keeps crashing but still taking my credits and not delivering the image

Firefly image generation tried my requests and deducted the credits but provided no images. Please can you refund the credits I spent yesterday?

      Restoring your credits takes a bit of time. How long I don’t know exactly. As each situation is different. Please be patient.

      Here’s an example when it deducts the credits but does not deliver the image.

      So frustrating. Happens all the time. Please help

      Hey ​@Rachx100 

      Credits are deducted when you press generate. If the generation fails, they should be restored, but it is not necessarily instantaneous. Can you please double check to see if they have since been restored?

      I used it again today and out of 6 generations it crashed twice and deducted the credits. I then have to ask it to do the same thing again. How can I stop this happening please?
