Firefly keeps flagging my original art as 'violating the user agreement' and it's EXTREMELY frustrating, no matter how I alter the artwork it refuses to process the prompt

Thank you for your message. 

Can you please show us an example of what is being rejected?  Are you using it as a composition or style reference in text to image or as a keyframe in image to video?

I have on multiple occasions and with a variety of different artwork been flagged for violating user guidelines with my own original artwork that I have personally created using original content. It is extremely frustrating to be mistakenly stopped dead in my tracks with no recourse. I work for an agency that would very much like to leverage Firefly but if we cannot reliably use our own artwork then we have a pretty big issue here.
