firefly not loading when i click on generate images it opens a black image

when i click on the generate button under text to image it opens up a blank screen and nothing happens, earlier when i purchased the cloud apps it ws working but after 2 days it's not opening , not sure what the issue is , tried clearing cache and data also tried in incognito mode and other browser still same thing happening.. please help me out
