Firefly not using composition reference at all

I reviewed many different threads explaining this same issue but couldn't solve it.

This is the reference I'm using:

 

And I received this output:

 

That's very far away from my reference. What am I doing wrong? I just want my reference to have a 3D render style. I uploaded my reference in the correct 3:4 portrait dimension I'm using.

Thank you for your message. I am sorry you are having this problem. 

A few tips:

• if the reference image is transparent, fill in the background

• make sure the strength bar is all the way to the right
• you might want to try to use it as a style reference also
