firefly not working

Hello! I have just purchased a FIrefly subscription but it is not working. Non of the generated images cant be used since it generates very weird results.

For example I was looking for a simple beauty shot of a woman but it shows me woman with a mustache. It doesent generate prompts well and there are always huge mistakes that cant be fixed.

 

I want a refund asap.

Thank you for your message. 

Can you please share some of your prompts and the results?  How you structure your prompt is a large factor in how well the generated images matches what you want. I recommend this document: Writing effective prompts to further help you in crafting good prompts.
